Company Overview

The power to last, for people and for the future.

In this age of accumulating social problems and growing uncertainty, we must increase the "value" of companies, organizations, regions, products, and services, and create sustainable "things."

We believe that for society to be sustainable, companies, communities, and services must also be sustainable.

LTV and young people. Aiming for a sustainable society.

Yasuyoshi Togashi (Representative Director)

Millennials, including myself, have grown up worrying about the future, disasters, economic crises, pension and social security issues, depopulation, an aging society with a very low birth rate, and more than happy news. Perhaps because of this, more and more young people are thinking about living a stable life and accumulating small happiness every day, rather than young people who dream of becoming very rich. A sustainable society is what is required. To achieve this, organizations and services must also be sustainable.
Because there is a tendency to value social value rather than money, when carrying out PR, it is not enough to just align the brand image, advertisement, and tone; essential value is required, and reform of the entire organization, from organizational structure to logistics, is also necessary. Since it is possible to check whether something is black or white with just a smartphone, many young people check whether the advertisement is correct, so it is necessary to question the mission, vision, and concept of the organization or service and take measures to increase mutual understanding of social initiatives and corporate attitudes. For a sustainable society, the understanding of young people who will lead the future is essential. In community development, as well as for products, services, and organizations, a system in which young people can participate in decision-making rather than participate is effective. In 2009, when I and my colleagues who still work with me were junior high and high school students, we launched the NGO that became the basis of our company, and it has been 10 years since then. We will continue to contribute to a sustainable society through our business as a pioneer that connects young people and society.

Although we are in a position to take on work from local governments in depopulated areas, we only had offices in urban areas, so we moved our headquarters to Onjuku Town, a town of 7,000 people, and set up satellite offices in Yokohama City, Minato Ward, and Chiyoda Ward. We aim to create a model of a zebra company from the local field and become an organization that can be proud of the world.
