PR for local governments and government agencies

The head office is in the countryside

We believe that in order to support local governments and organisations and businesses in rural areas, we ourselves need to be based in rural areas.

"You should do this, you should do that"
Break away from armchair theories and become a partner who works together with you on the same level, rather than a "teacher."

Our staff, who were born and raised in Tokyo, moved to Onjuku, a rural town with an aging population of over 50%, and together with locals, we managed restaurants and tourist facilities, and we actually worked on how to increase the number of customers, and we ranked first on the reservation site. We are also seriously working on regional revitalization.

Our determination to move our headquarters from Azabu to Onjuku

Our headquarters at All Nippon Renovation is in Onjuku Town, Isumi County. It is a small town facing the Pacific Ocean with a population of about 7,000. It is a rural town with an aging rate of over 50%, about 80 minutes by express train from Tokyo Station and 40 minutes to the nearest interchange. As we work with local governments all over the country, we thought that we could support local governments all over the country by being based in the countryside and continuing to feel the good points of the countryside and the difficulties of working as a team in a small town. Since moving our corporation to Onjuku Town, we have actively participated in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division and local activities, and of course we also undertake Onjuku Town's migration and settlement tours and PR work. In the migration and settlement PR projects that we have undertaken, young people have always been relocated within a year. We have succeeded in quickly generating a related population of about 100 people within a year. We have also generated many transactions within a year by utilizing vacant houses and vacant land.
In the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division, Togashi, representative of All Nippon Renovation, was selected to represent Isumi-gun City at the statement presentation conference, and activities rooted in the community are a valuable experience. More than half of the staff are from Tokyo and the other half are from the countryside, so we should be able to accurately grasp the issues facing local governments from both perspectives. In addition, with the balance of society being disrupted by centralization, and the countryside that should support the city being in a difficult situation due to population outflow to urban areas, the era of paying money to Tokyo companies and the era of Tokyo companies talking about regional revitalization must come to an end. Having moved our headquarters from Tokyo to the countryside and decided to live there, we would be happy to support local governments all over the country. (In Onjuku, in addition to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and local governments, we also operate a parking lot in front of the station, a campsite, a surf shop, a SUP experience, a local cafe & coworking, cycling tours, and an innovation village.)

Create regions where young people want to live and countries where they can thrive.

In 2040, "aging" will be the top issue. Not only will people age, but everything will age, including aging infrastructure, marginal villages, abandoned farmland and vacant houses. (Megatrends, by Morinosuke Kawaguchi) It is said that the luxury market will be in the 2010s to 2030s, when the baby boomer generation will enjoy their second youth as active silver, but from 2030 onwards, problems such as elderly care and intergenerational disparity will become apparent. Looking to the future, we need to create a system to reduce the burden on the next generation and develop human capital. We support the creation of a foundation for the young people who will lead the next generation to open up the future, such as elderly employment, women's advancement in society, young people's migration and settlement, and young people's community revitalization.

We are active in various regions. Onjuku Town, where we are based, has a population of about 7,000 and an aging rate of over 50%, making it the municipality with the highest aging rate in Chiba Prefecture. Because we have bases in both the city and the countryside, Yokohama and Onjuku, we can plan effective PR. In today's world where digital marketing is essential, a team led by young people is essential for PR for local governments. Please feel free to consult with us at All Nippon Renovation about PR events and campaigns for local governments, election management committees, and government agencies.

Campaign Event

No matter how digitalization advances, the best way to deepen mutual understanding is through direct experiences that involve the five senses. We have a track record of creating a wide range of campaigns and events, from events at shopping malls and live music venues, to local government migration and settlement tours, factory tours for brands, and even election-related events and candidate debates.

We hold events at Harajuku Quest, events in the mountains, and even linked events in the city, such as linking events with outdoor video ads and SNS campaigns. Rather than a one-off fireworks-like event, we plan events and campaigns that create "memorable" experiences.

Research & Reports
Strategy formulation

In any era, having the generation that will lead the future on your side is essential for the future stability of your brand or organization. We analyze the behavioral patterns of young people from an insight perspective, and not only propose group interviews and fieldwork, but also clarify segmentation, targeting, positioning, and unique sales pitch positions, and create reports based on the necessary information. In addition to creating reports, we also compile policy recommendations for companies and brands based on our track record of working on government policies, and propose effective PR activities. Please leave it to us to clip areas where it has been difficult to measure the effectiveness until now.

Branding
Concept design

In a world where anyone can easily access information, superficial advertising or simply adopting a consistent tone and manner will not increase the value of a brand or organization.
We support brands and organizations in increasing their intrinsic value by designing their mission, vision, and concept, and by using staff with NGO backgrounds to improve supply chain and logistics, so that everyone involved in the brand or organization can be proud to tell their "story." We unify production to retail, develop consistent advertising campaigns, and work closely with the NGO department, media strategy, and legal department to thoroughly manage risk and clarify the "story behind the brand." We increase the value of the brand and organization.

Introduction of Youth Parliament

We support local governments in introducing "Youth Parliaments," organizations that can hold policy discussions and make policy recommendations, with the aim of reflecting the opinions of young people in policies. Recently, the number of cases where these have been introduced has been increasing. Please contact us for anything from support in implementing "Youth Parliament" introduction projects to internship design.

Youth policy making

Problems associated with a declining birthrate and aging population, such as elderly employment, women's social advancement, revitalization of young people's communities, and effective use of aging infrastructure and land resources, will emerge one after another in the next 20 years. Why not solve these problems and create an attractive region for the next generation of young people? We will support you in creating policies that involve young people.

Immigration and Settlement Tour

Population decline and aging of the population continues all over the country, and the situation of fighting over the population pie continues. In addition to relocating, it is necessary to take measures to increase the related population such as living in two places, and to promote the uniqueness of the region, not just "abundant nature," "beautiful sea," or "delicious food," which can be promoted in any region. Our company also produces PR videos in various regions, provides policy advice, and undertakes relocation and settlement tours.

Information dissemination support (ICT use)

In a society overflowing with information, we need PR strategies that create fans of the information medium and activate communication, as well as pull-type information transmission strategies, rather than push-type information that transmits information one-way.We support technology that will help you survive in the 5G era and inclusive society, such as the application of ICT technology that can streamline operations at low cost, online video distribution, and online lectures for elementary and junior high schools.

Establishment of a youth support desk

We will support local governments in introducing "youth consultation desks" with the aim of enabling them to pick up on the anxieties and discomfort that young people feel towards society. Elementary, junior high, and high school students do not have a consultation desk close to them when they encounter bullying or refusal to go to school. In addition, about 70% of junior high and high school students (※1) feel anxious about their future. Please contact us to create a "society where no one is left behind."
